Who I Am
A business coach and messaging strategist who helps women monetizing their magic build businesses that are both wildly successful and fully expressed - because I believe scaling with strategy, selling with soul, and showing up like you is the ONLY way to create something that actually lasts.

What I Do
I strategically embolden women to own who they are and what they’re uniquely here to say and do - because this strong foundation makes everything else possible.
From there, we create offers they’re obsessed with - offers that reflect their brilliance, their mission, and how they really want to serve.
Then, we build the business around those offers: bold messaging, simplified strategy, and marketing that moves people.
Because when it’s all rooted in truth, it doesn’t just feel good. It fucking sells.

Why I Do It
Because women, and the world, are all better off when we refuse to settle. When we build businesses that fulfill us, that reflect who we were always meant to be, and that make them a fuck ton of money in the process.
It’s not just about entrepreneurship. It’s about helping women come home to themselves - and get paid for it. When we own who we really are and say what we really want to say, everyone gets what they really want.

A Little Back story
A glimpse into my journey of entrepreneurship, including the high highs and the low lows.
-
I get my first “real” job out of college (after a few years of bartending) as a marketing coordinator for a small local business. Here, I learn all about selling, business communication, and most importantly for me - that I’m meant to be a boss.
-
After a few successful years in my position, I have a moment where I realize that the idea of spending the next 30 something years, working for someone else, for a paycheck that isn't even close to enough, and cramming my life into weekends and two 5 day vacations a year, was simply NOT an option.
I begin to think about going into business for myself “some day”, knowing that there were so many small businesses who needed the skills I could provide.
I can’t stop thinking about the idea once I get it, and so, within just weeks, I officially give my notice and decide to start promoting myself as a freelance marketer.
I have no idea what I’m doing, and I’m dead broke, but I also know that if I have to knock on every door in New Jersey to get clients, that’s what I’ll do. And so I do.
I work for anyone who will hire me - plumbing companies, spin studios, limo services- you name it.
-
I spend the next few years freelancing and it’s…awful. Instead of being my own boss, I have 15 different bosses. I have zero boundaries, and I wind up working WAY too hard for way too little money…but I learn and experience a TON.
In helping implement new strategies for the clients I’m working for, I take courses on things like Pinterest marketing and Facebook ads, and in the process, accidentally discover the world of online business. In doing so, I realize that I could be making a HELL of a lot more money supporting people in their marketing, rather than DOING it for them.
I’m terrified to switch gears, and spend almost a year trying to make the transition, but finally, in the fall, I rip the band aid off, fire all of my freelance clients, and go all in on coaching, because I know that, once again, if I have to make it happen, I will.
-
January 1st rolls around, I have literally .48 cents in my bank account, thanks to firing all those clients. With no leads or warm audience, and my back up against the wall, I decide to run my first live webinar that I use ads to promote. I miraculously get my first 1:1 client. I do a second webinar. I get a second and third client.
Within 30 days, I have my first $8k month and pretty much blow my own damn mind.
-
I continue doing things like webinars (that led to discovery calls and 1:1 clients) and I’m making money - but I’m not happy. I'm burnt out, not only from the amount of work I'm taking on, but from feeling like, no matter what, I never know when that next client is going to come. I live in a constant fear of impending doom, feeling like if I make one wrong move, it could all fall apart.
-
At the end of 2016, I find out my boyfriend of five years has been cheating on me. It winds up being the best thing to ever happen to me, but in the moment, it felt like my entire world ended. I’m humiliated, sad, and I can barely stop crying, let alone market my business.
By February 1st of 2017, I have to borrow rent money from my mom, and in that moment, I decide enough’s enough. If all of this stuff just happened to me, I’m going to AT LEAST go and make a ton of money.
I make the choice to start showing up - MASSIVELY. Selling and doing live videos every day in my Facebook group. Truly taking control by building a sense of community, instead of wondering when my next client is going to appear. That same February winds up being a $45k month, 2017 winds up being a $500k year, and My signature programs and methods, Show Up + Blow Up® and The $500k Sales System, are born.
-
2018 winds up being a $500k year also and I find myself 100% absorbed by my business, both because I love it and because it was my coping mechanism during such a difficult time in my life. I realize I need a change. I give myself permission to move to Los Angeles - a place I’ve felt like I’m supposed to be for as long as I can remember. It’s not comfortable, but it’s right, and almost immediately, I can feel myself step further into my authentic self than ever before.
-
My first million dollar cash year and the EASIEST and HAPPIEST year I’ve ever had as an entrepreneur. More than ever before, I ONLY do what I want to do. I don’t post on Instagram. I don’t run Facebook ads. I commit to keeping things as simple as possible, implementing the same strategy that has worked for me since 2017.
I also give myself permission to work on MYSELF, not just my business, which breathes new life into me AND the work I do. Not so coincidentally, my mindset of “You’re Fucking Welcome” is born and becomes a motto I adopt when it comes to every aspect of my life and business - and many of the women in my world adopt it as well.
FLASH FORWARD TO TODAY.
I used to believe I was here to help women make money doing what they love.
And that’s still true.
But more than the money I’ve made or the success I’ve had, I’m most grateful that entrepreneurship is continually helping me evolve into the woman I want to be.
I know how to use my voice, trust myself, own my truth, and build a business that reflects me - without apology or permission. And that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
Not just because it sounds good.
But because that’s when it actually fucking WORKS.
The women I work with want to scale - but they’re done self-abandoning to do it. They’re done chasing clients, performing online, or contorting themselves to fit into someone else’s formula. They want to sell offers they actually love to people who actually get them - and they want to do it in a way that feels like home.
Most of them aren’t business coaches. They’re life coaches, creatives, healers, energy workers - women whose work is powerful, nuanced, and hard to put into a neat little box. And that’s where I come in.
I help them turn their magic and brilliance into offers that feel like a fuck yes to them AND to their people - then market and sell those offers authentically, intentionally, and strategically, without ever sacrificing the truth of who they are.
You’re fucking welcome.

The podcast
On You’re Fucking Welcome®, we’re talking business, but we’re also exploring the human side of entrepreneurship, having the conversation that most “normal” people are nervous to have - because you and I both know, we’re not normal.
Whether we’re talking marketing or mindset, strategy or sex, I want you to walk away from each episode truly feeling and embracing the YFW attitude - knowing that not only are people better off by buying from you, but that the whole WORLD is better off when you allow yourself to be unapologetically YOU.
